Skadi bug?

OK, I've gone almost a dozen matches and used all my rerolls in some cases (like 6 in a row), and I 've had Skadi pop up in a LONG time.

Did I select or check something I should't have that I didn't realize?

I have sh*t luck with RNG in most games but aside from maybe D4 (went a season where people got 100 mythics, I got 2...) this has to be the worst streak ever unless I missed something. I literally defy "normal" probability odds (always for the worst) all the time; that's why I don't gamble anymore, LOL.

Did you already select (at least 1) the active auto-cast ability or passive from 3 other Gods? If you already got abilities from 3 Gods, the other Gods will just no longer show up. If not then, that odd is not normal.

Yeah, that's thing thing (I forgot to put it in my post. TY for that) I LEFT ONE GOD SLOT OPEN till the end of the run...

I've actually won several Hard matches without even having all my God powers because I just keep waiting and waiting for her to come up. I love her frost AoE (not in game, forget the name) and spec into the advanced version, but she hasn't popped for me, as I said, even after re-rolling 6 times in a row, for quite a few games now.

Yeah, it took me a few games (early on) to discover things like, how the active slots were limited to 3/2, but no, in this case one was definitely open.

He wasnt asking about open slots. He asked if you have ANY spells/passives picked from 3 DIFFERENT gods already.

You can only have 3 gods helping you per game. So if you want Skadi, you only pick offers from her and two other gods of your choice (for example Loki + Freya + Skadi) If you already have offers from two gods (not Skadi) and then you by accidednt pick some other god offer (for example Thor) Skadi will not show up this run, because you already have 3 gods helping you.

Wait. Let me ask a question, since no-one has addressed this directly. Are you saying, even if you select a PASSIVE from another god, it's locks out other choices?? Because I was under the impression it was only once you'd selected the actives (since iirc, maybe wrongly, I've selected many passives and still got all god options).

If this "is" the case, sorry, still learning. Strange I was able to keep getting her and then it suddenly stopped. I guess I was able to get her at least as passives and didn't realize it.

I'm pretty sure that if you get any ability, active or passive, from 3 Gods, then the other Gods will be locked out for that run.
I have asked this question before in this forum, and a moderator had confirmed that it's by their design that you can only get 3 Gods per run.

Yes that is the case. 3 gods per run, that includes both spells and passives. So pay attention to your picks and only pick offers from those 3 gods that you wish to have.

This mechanic is not new at all, for example same deal with 3 gods per run is in the game called "death must die". And it actually is good for you. Because by picking any spells or passives from your 3 desired gods early, locks out offers from other gods.

So even if you didnt get the spells you wented early, its ok to pick some good passives from the gods that you want to lock in. Because as soon as you pick ANYTHING from 3 different gods, it locks out all other offers, therefore improving your odds of getting other spells/passives from the gods of your choice. Get it?

Oh, I don't have "any" problem with the mechanic... I just didn't understand that, that was the way it was done... Again, I didn't think it (for some reason) applied to passives.

In fact, it's actually a good thing as it allows "less" choice and enables you to focus as the game goes on. Well, as I reread, you said that.

I've been really into Heaven's and lite's the past few years, but I haven't gotten around to DMD yet... it's on my list but, iirc I think I played a demo and was just like meh. I don't know, I test and demo and play my normal stuff... it all blends together. First world problems.
