HOW TO REPORT A BUG - Simple Guide

Hello Jotunnslayers!

We’ve prepared some handy info on how to report a bug.

1) Use the forum search, to see if the bug has not already been reported. If it has, join or follow that thread to keep updated on our progress. It would certainly help the team if you can contribute and provide a link for us to download your Player.log found here:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\LocalLow\Games Farm\Jotunnslayer

2) If the bug has not been reported, first check if this issue happens more than once, if it does - let us know in the post, it’s helpful, if you can give as much information as possible e.g. what you were doing at the time.

3) When creating the report, start with [Bug] short title, then description (option to add it to a dedicated bug sub forum) > link to your Player.log + system specs

4) If it is a performance related issue, we would appreciate it if you can also provide your system specs. Worth noting, if you were playing on desktop, laptop, Steam Deck, or GeForce NOW.

5) The Build ID, this can be found by right-clicking on the game in your Steam library and selecting properties, the click on updates and you should see the Build ID.

6) When the team replies and asks for save files, you can find them here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\SteamID\2820820\remote\SteamID64

Note that SteamID and SteamID64 will be a random string of numbers - please provide this file on a download link.

I need help, on the fire map, Muspelheim on normal, the boss dont show up when summoned, i have complete the 4 objetives many times with diferent characters, i spaw in the middle of the boss map, and he never shows up

Please check the Dwarf’s passive traits - one of them says that the dash is replaced with a shield bash ability.

Does the fact that the discord link is broken on your site and ingame, considered as a bug? :)

EDIT: Ah, it works only when adding it manually in Discord itself then, if you open it up in a browser without being logged in, it will say it's invalid
