Revenant basic attacks

This hero's basic attacks are very inaccurate and low damage compared to Berserker and Seeress, needs major mechanic adjustment where archer is precise with his arrows and tracks down enemies, which is what the ranger class represents. Also too many Revenant's passive skills are chance based rather than fixed bonus which makes this hero pretty weak compared to others.

As for the new Revenant class, it will undergo further changes and polishing based on the stats gathered during the Steam Next Fest.
