X3TC Hub Plot - Not Triggering?
I have all the requirements and I'm sitting in Kingdoms End. The Enhanced Dolphin hasn't spawned (verified with scripts and encyclopedia). Is there a specific timer for it to spawn? I'm wondering if I have to wait or not since I just completed the Goner Plot.

Only requirements I know of:
Boron rank 8 (King's Knight)
Trade rank 6 (Apprentice Trader)
May have to leave Kingdoms End and re-enter to activate?

Have you tried the Sector Lucky Planets?
I think that's the Boron core sector that the Hub plot starts from.

Guy probably has already spawned, you missed him and you just have to get to the sector he spawned in. Which sector that is is not any sort of requirement so pointing to specific sectors cause most tend to fly into Boron controlled space from those angles does not make him go there.

Checked with a script to find the Enhanced Dolphin, no ship found anywhere in the game.

When you enter a boron sector you'll get an extremely short message 'excuse me...' and he's in an enhanced dolphin. He's very annoying, and appears in multiple sectors, as long as they are boron and you have the necessary requirements which aren't very high.

Just found out you do not even have to leave the Boron sectors for it to trigger. Was just shooting pirates in Boron space while I gain rep with them and got interrupted with 'excuse me' .. accepted Hub-plot .. killed last pirates and xenon from mixed patrol and defend mission :)
