Anarkis Defence Systems (additional combat commands and defence options),
Pirate Guild (makes pirates a fair bit more threatening),
and Yaki Armada (6-10 Yaki M1's and TL's jump around at random and wreak havoc).
These mainly focus on adding difficulty and a random element. As an added note I have yet to find a mod that these don't play well with.
I hate manually placing stations for any complex with more than 5 stations. Only having to place the complex connections and move mines around is wonderful.
Free Jump, v1.4 credits
You don't need E-Cells in cargo bay when you are jumping manually (your are inside the ship, or your are piloting it yourself from distance)
Your mk3/cag will still need E-cells (except when you are the one who order them to jump)
Best for the end : you can jump anywhere on the sector map, no need to exit from jumpgate anymore (this is so fantastic)

There's also the bonus pack, so essential Egosoft bought it from the modders to make official. Includes a lot of QOL stuff, especially for managing stations

There's also Litcube's universe but I *Think* that's just for AP?
This is probably redundant for most of you guys, but for new players (like me a month ago) it's good to have them here for posterity, since they're so essential it's easy to take them for granted XD
It it doesn't it's listed on the store page under dlc. It's free.
