Honestly, though, it's probably no where near as good as empire's edge. More energy cells than ore belt, though - I've also used home of light with some success (but, then, I've added a couple of factories in there with station build missions, so it may work better than normal...)
The NUMBER 1 thing you are looking for when it comes to good sectors is whether the sector has a solar power plant, after that you can screen for possible resource chains. Empires Edge usually has a few Soyeries and Soyfarms, sometimes even a snail farm or two to compliment the 1 or 2 jewelleries that are always there.
In short: E-cells > Soja Beans > Soja Husks > Maja Snails > Jewellery.
