Have the host/client disable the Creatures of the Void DLC

I've been following the development of Stellaris for a while now and I've noticed they keep using the term "Paid Feature" at first I assumed this ment, DLC. But im no so sure anymore.

Fact: if a majority was thinking like and not buying DLC, PDX would have changed something. A company not selling is a doomed company, would you
speak, Imperator. What I am unsure but likely going to happen, is that they will replicate the same DLC policy.

If you want to debate wether having a majority agreeing is enough, I am up for the debate
