Should I gene mod aquatic on my species and go ocean worlds? Or should I get the ascension that lets me terriform planets to gaia?

World Shaper is good if you have lots of xeno pops with different planet preferences. Aquatic is best at the empire creation screen.

Gaia need to be repeated on every planet every time. Sometimes oceans are found.
