register with paradox forums?

how do i register the game with paradox forums, it wants a key? i ask becuase you cant gain access to the bug report section without registering the game

You can synch your steam profile to a paradox account, which provides what you are talking about. If you click the top right corner on the paradox forum (in black graphics) for your account info, then click the "gear" graphic for settings, you can synch you steam account.

I successfully connected my Steam account with the Paradox forum account. I now see nearly two dozen titles at "Your Games" but "Stellaris" and its DLCs are still missing. What to do?
