How to tell what percentage of the galaxy an empire covers?
I'm playing again after ages and I got the Unbidden.
I'm waiting for the others to pop up and wondering if the trigger failed to fire.

In older version of the game you could see the percentage of space your empire covered and then use that to estimate how much the unbidden had vs what they would need to further the crisis.

So is there any way to see this percentage now?

On the top bar you can see the amount of systems you own.
If you remember the amount of stars you chose at galaxy creation, you just have to divide the first value by the second.

You want someone to do third grade math? Have you seen the American education system?

Just play 1000 stars and move the decimal over one for the number of systems you have

if it's not science, history or critical thinking skills the american education system isn't bad

I'm pretty sure the trigger failed.
The unbidden have claimed almost a quarter of the map and no sign of the abberent. :steamsad:

I'm currently looking at the wiki and I think you might be right. It requires 15% of the galaxy to be overrun before the Aberrant arrive.

However I found a detail that after a "MTTH" (whatever that means) of 40 months the Vehement will spawn after the Aberrant. So its possible that either the trigger got delayed, failed outright, or you still need to wait a little while. Hopefully that helps.

Could be.
I'll try waiting for another hour or so.

Thanks!

Well both the abberent and vehement eventually spawned in.... however after building the station in their home system, they failed to build anymore, so they get easily overrun by the unbidden. :steamfacepalm:
