Exist anyway to add a Brazilian Flag in my Empire ?
I wanted to create an Empire named "Brazil Empire" with the flag of Brazil. This is possible? How I do it? Without disabling achievements, of course.

Galactic Civilization 3 is so easy to do it...

If you make a mod like that, it shouldn’t disable achievements. Then again, I haven’t looked into flags.

I can confirm that flag mods do NOT disable achievements.
