Ring world Sancuary when and how should I attack it?

6 years into the game 3 star systems away from my capital I found a ring world Sancuary how much fleet power and composition should I attack with? Any other tips?

The Sanctuary system has 42k fleet power. Its core uses Kinect weapons, which are effective against shields, while the remaining units use Energy weapons, which are effective against armor. All units are equipped with Point-Defense and use an equal amount of shields and armor

You should wait until you have enough fleet power. You should prioritize shields and use a mix of Energy and Kinect weapons.

normally you are not expected to get hands on such worlds atleast first 50 years.
