Red Supergiants? Where?
Maybe I'm looking at this wrong. I thought from the name Red Supergiants would be much larger than the other stars, and I've yet to see one. Though obviously I don't end up checking every star in a game so maybe I just missed them.

I've seen the Brown Dwarfs a few times, they stand out from the crowd.

On the galaxy map. Usually the stars that are somewhat brighter are super giants if i remember correctly. And yes supergiants are bigger then average suns.

don't think they are that large in the system view. still have to fit within the orbit of the innermost planet after all.

main line stars of class M ( == red stars) are usually fairly small. much smaller than our sun (class G) for example. if a red star has the size that is normally only used for the brighter classes (A, B, O) its probably supposed to be a red giant

The one a Dyson sphere glicth to the point its placed not around it but on its surface
Scale is not consistent in Stellaris, so don't expect supergiants or dwarfs to be representatively larger or smaller than "regular" stars.

This is so annoying

Yes and no.
I wouldn't mind a larger difference in size, but true-to-life scale? Now THAT would be annoying.

I would like a larger scale, but as you said, realism isn’t always the best. Especially not in this case. Although Stellaris is just dumb in the way they do this.
