Stellarite devourer trophy

So, I managed to beat up the Stellarite Devourer and got the decision to either start a project (which would result in gaining a Gaia world) or gaining a trophy for my trouble. Since my empire is xenophobe, I chose the trophy option - sadly, I can't seem to build it, as it won't appear in the building list.

Anyone got the same problem? Or do I have to look for it at some other place maybe?

No mods, just the normal game with the newest beta-patch.

Yeah, a sector decided to build it on a chattel-slave-only planet -_- Needless to say, the governor got buried alive beneth it.
