Does suing peace ever really make sence
I now played the game about 40h and i don't understand what happens when peace is made, totally. It's as random for as it can be. And how can everything be made pretty clear and this be done so extreme poorly.

Can anybody make this system a bit logic to me, i had several wars and sometimes i conquered half an empire, destroyed his whole fleet and without me wanting to end it was like it was like before, but sometimes the borders keep as the are when peace comes. And why is it possible that you would need to go to a territory from another player/alliance allthough there is a line so it makes it basically impossible to continue conquering without attacking another allance.

How can this game be really so well done and this is so really bad.

For now yes, they are changing that however, based off feedback.
They are actually changing in the next patch. So you will get penalties but the war won’t end.

also mine or theres, is that important?

Mainly: Status Quo means that the war has reached a point where total victory is unlikely for either side, and both sides agree to stop hostilities and settle for whatever gains or losses they have suffered. Under a Status Quo peace, all occupied systems claimed by an enemy empire is ceded to the enemy with the strongest Claim. In the case of a tie, whoever has the oldest claim on the system is considered the stronger claimant.

What does that even mean. All the systems i wanted where green (= i thought mine) and then suddenly all changed back to the enemy color. Why?

You probably had no claims on those systems ?
