The Oracle Relic DLC

So I found a relic quest line where someone called The Oracle offers you a LV5 Governer or you can cash in for influence and enginering research. My question is did anyone take the governer and if so was it worth it?

The governor is good for high pop planets helps with crime and what not, but all the other options are very poor.

I told the Oracle "You will help us." and I got nothing out of it. No governor, no relic, no message or anything.

Check your empire modifiers. Picking that option adds a modifier that raises admin cap.

the oracle is ok, not suited for sectors with science but it's helpful when you make a sector out of recently conquered planets

if you play as a machine consciousness, the options are different. 1: adds 20 admin capacity 2: gives you a planetary decision to help with deviancy and stability for 120 months 3: scrap it for parts and research

The +20 admin cap was fantastic. Needed to be like +2000, but I'll take what I can get.
