This game has a lot of potential and will be really great when it's all pulled together!

LOVE
- The music is perfect! I hope we get more of it
- The natural soundscape is very peaceful
- Love the aesthetic of the game overall
- WOW, the blacksmith is DEEP -- I love the dynamic of the characters, including genders breaking their expected roles and such
- I appreciate the way you do the in-game demos, and allow for circumnavigating them
- Definitely appreciate starting off with a ton of items in the chest

NOTES/GLITCHES
- The mayor (I think) swaps between using 'yer' and 'you're', except it's spelled 'your' which is the wrong version of the word for the context in which I saw it. May want to double-check those and other words like 'fer' for similar issues.
- I got stuck in what I am lovingly referred to as Hoedown Hell -- accepted the invite to go to the Spring Hoedown, and it kept restarting the whole cutaway after I won the trophy, over and over. I had to close the game out to get out of that loop.
- The game isn't very savvy for controllers yet, which is my preferred play method. I suggest adding in a way to scroll vertically through inventory rows instead of having to bump through every item to get to the next row. Also, consider adding a "transfer to inventory" button to move items between your backpack and the chest/item in question, so that you don't have to manually swap between menus. Additionally, having a button that allows you to sort your items so that they're not full of empty gaps, and a button that grabs identical items would be great.

Can't wait to check this out when it's ready! Yeehaw!

The horse IS slightly faster than walking on foot, but we're still taking feedback on board so I'll make sure the devs see this :)

well in the GIF that was sent with the email(for those that signed up) it looked like the horse was running and mine is just walking so i wasnt sure if i needed to press a button for toggle
Tried the demo today, I'm having a problem with the chest where I can't switch between the things in the chest and the stuff in my inventory. I'm using the controller and it seems to bug out when I try to switch with (Y). Also, my game crashed when I tried using my mouse to transfer something then went back to using my controller;;;

Hope that gets fixed! The game looks awesome. Very saturated in color but I like it like that haha
I have installed yesterday and unable to begin the game, when i start and it asks me to choose save file(all slots are empty) whichever i choose it gives an error screen with the following message below:

Hi I'm not sure where to submit bugs to, but I'm experiencing an issue where the game keeps crashing after I win the Hoedown event and get the trophy. I'm not sure if it's relevant, but I passed out the night before, so I woke up that morning in the doctor's office.

Speaking of passing out, I noticed that the sprinklers don't water in the morning if you pass out the night before.

This isn't a bug, just some feedback related to stamina. I keep running out of energy and passing out (despite having ample food) because the stamina meter is just not obvious enough for me. Topdown 2D farming sims are one of my most played genres, and I haven't had any problems with stamina management before. But, I've passed out three days in a row in this demo, so maybe moving the bar somewhere more prevalent or having a better warning system before passing out would be helpful. Thank you!

The game seems really cute so far and I'm super excited to have found this demo during NextFest so I can add it to my wishlist.

Howdy! Appreciate ya takin’ the time to share your thoughts. We’ll definitely be making the low-energy warnings, like the energy bar blinking and some sound cues, more noticeable so folks don’t keel over unexpected-like. We'll also take a look at the hoedown bug too! Mighty glad you’re enjoyin’ the demo, and we sure do appreciate the wishlistin’!
