Critical strikes on special abilities (axe storm, bloody flail)

Does critical strikes affect the special abilities?
Like the bloody flail of the thrasher? or the axe storm?

I didn't find any info on that topic, I just started the game and I am at the first tent.
Just discovering the new levels/abilities/dual classing stuff (wow nice).

And yes... if crit. strike works on abilities, Im thinking about giving it to my thrashers.

I *think* I've seen Bloody Flail crit... Think.

I know whirlwind (or whatever the varl-spinny move was called) does crit.

Yeah abilities can crit, but only strength damage. So bloody flail is pretty meh with crit since it hits randomly between armor and str.

Guts and Axe storm crits are pretty nice, right up there with Whirlwind.

Bloody Flail -- I think no crits.
Axe Storm -- Yes crits!

Although not for the flailing, I believe the last hit does crit.
