What are Aleo and Sparr actually saying?
When you use Insult/Tale Worth Telling. Anyone kind enough to translate?

Also in the very first battle of BS1 the Skalfing Cheiftan said a pretty long line as well.

Good one! I go searching for the sound files in BS1 just to try to understand what the chieftain was saying. No success (i found the file, but cant' understand a single word).

By the way, it took me about TEN YEARS to figure out what was saying the barbarian chief in the first minutes of "The Gladiator Movie".

"IR SEID VERFLUCHTE HUNDE!" (Yo're cursed dogs!)

DAMNED CURIOSITY! It will kill me, a day or another.

Knowing Norwegian I can only pick up a few key words here and there, but not enough to know what they're talking about. Also I haven't played the second game so there's a lack of context. But I had no idea it was actually Icelandic. That's pretty cool! It resembles old Norse more than any other Scandinavian language these days and Iceland itself has made an effort not to simply adopt foreign words but to make their own. Electricity comes from the words "amber" and "light" if I'm not mistaken.
