Hells gate constantly crashing!!

i cant complete hells gate mission. at first it crashed out after upgrading sensors on the carrier, restarted mission per help ticket advise, and now its crashing after salvaging the rail guns. anyone else? anyone get past this ?

I am also getting the same problem. I am using the 64bit version. Don't know if that was anything to do with it.

I can basically beat the mission, my game always crashes mid-cutscene after destroying the enemy carrier/cruiser or whatever its called, tried about 5 times now.

Sooo just a minute after posting i tried the mission again, alt-tabbed out after killing enemy carrier, (running in windowed mode) i could hear the cutscene playing in the backgroudn fully... no crash. WTF Is the cutscene causing some sort of memory leak?

I got past this, and the following two missions (which also have had a high volume of crashes and trigger deaths reported) with no issues, and the game's been running entirely as expected.

Running x64 bit Windows 10, GTX 760Ti, i5 4570 if that's any use. BBI are also looking into issues with the campaign, mission 5 seems to be the worst at the moment. Hope this helps, and that the issues you're having get resolved quickly c:

I managed to get it fixed by switching the voice count to low and turning everything down. I had lowered the display setting before trying the audio setting. So I think the problem maybe related to the audio. I have a realtek audio which I have had problems with other game.

hmm i did select the highest voice count setting, ill look into this
I'm on a 980ti so its def. not a video issue. My only other thought is some sort of memory leak issue.

I turned the voice count to low and was able to play 3 multiplayer games with my friend no crash.Every other time it crashed

My crashes are SP campaign only, I play skirmish and online (when i can find a game) just fine.
Its usually when a cut scene triggers in certain missions (After destroying enemy carrier in mission 3, when the freindly airstrike shows up in mission 5)

I got through mission 3 (finally!) by validating the game files (turned out one was missing). Thought it was fixed but just had the same crash on mission 4, so now trying the validation again...

Same crash here, every single ingame cutscene. I'll try the voice count setting and I'll see if it works.... so SP for me until now, but the skirmish / MP works fine.

Voice count does not do anything, just as lowering the graphic settings.
