I have no idea what's going on here
I start the game, and it's telling me to slot some abilities, so I do...but this ability is too big, and I can't fit another one? So I have to remove this ability and take something else? Now the tutorial says I need 2 abilities, so I slot them, and leave the room, I can't get back in to change abilities, and it wants me to use an ability to advance, and I have the ammo for it, but it just won't go for some reason. There's a bunch of objects like keys around, but I can't pick them up, only bottles, and I can't advance the tutorial, because I guess the abilities I slotted are conditional, but I can't seem to trigger the condition under which I can use the ability, so I guess the tutorial is...stuck?

This is a mess. And I'm usually pretty good at figuring stuff out, but things just aren't working here. It would be far better to inform the player as to which abilities to slot in the beginning, when you're just starting the game and have no idea what the mechanics are and what's valuable. This is too free-form, giving too much choice when there's no way of knowing what the consequence of choosing will be.

I thought about it, but don't want to. From poking around videos and such on the net, there's some interesting stuff in here, and the visuals are neat. It appears there's a compelling game under here somewhere.

I just need a tutorial that helps get me through the tutorial, and maybe actually tells me what's going on and how to play.

I have "vanish" and "passage" equipped. The instructions are telling me "Use an ability." Spacebar results in a "can't do that at this time" message. Left and right mouse buttons result in "can't focus" and "can't do that" messages. I can only pick up the things that look like bottles.

All these abilities require a certain amount of stock (bottles) to use, I think you need to pick up 2-3 to use them as each ability have different cost shown at the centre of your HUD. If that doesn't work please let me know :)

Seems like Vanish doesn't work at all, I used any other ability exept for this one. Also during hospital I've met some tasty-tasty bugs, like invisible wall, preventing me to get to one of the corpses, traps not animated, invisible floorsaws. Kinda frustrating.

The invisible walls can be analyzed and flash away. There are some invisible traps that can be analyzed and flashed away as well. The Vanish ability has been logged on our end.

That's the catch - is was not a hidden wall, it was invisible, dunno, maybe some glitch during generation of the map, but flash didn't picture a hitmark and multiple flashes did nothing, so I had to run around a lot.
As for floorsaws, they were invisible, but all the sparks they produce moving weren't, that's why it tiped me that it's a bug, along with other traps working and going all swish-swish, but visually standing still.
