It's a shooter, if you don't turn the gun loud and exploding side to other players, you will get no experience. Simple.

It should be a balance of time spent with weapon and how well you use it. NOT challenges.
The XP should be increased , like what we had the last Double XP Weekend.
That was about right.

Even in CoD completing objectives gives you weapon XP.
