that probably means that u have to have at least a (certain) number of items from the new update in it. since other items than the seeds came out in the free store package too (flower pots) these will probably be enough too.

So this means it doesnt have to be only the update blocks.

i think it will be fine if u use flower pots from the update and use other plants for the project as long as u have items from the update visible in ur screenshot.
