Tourmaline trouble

I'm having heaps of trouble finding tourmaline. The only source I've found so far are warmworms and they only drop 1. Anyone know how to find it?

Normally you can find Tourmaline in the Lava Level, but it is a little bit rare.

Also found in the lower parts of the stalactite level.

What Quetz said.. AND.. if you go to the lowest parts of the lava level you can find.. yep.. Lumite..

I know this thread has been up a while but i wanted to add this to all those who do not know. Tourmaline is not a node it will be destroyed like any other block if you are mass clearing using tnt. once i get to the stalagtite layer i exclusivley cell mine. If you dont you may be wiping out tons of tourmaline and not even realize it.

If you use those two you can get down to the stalactite layer without destroying any of the Tourmaline, if you use the next tier of those (Super) you will start destroying all the stuff.

As with others, I find it in the roof of the lava layer and the lower parts of stalacite it's almost a sub layer.
