Healing Beacon Range
Since I've been to the corruption now for a while, I've noticed that the Healing Beacons Range is subpar, if I'm honest. To make it more useful, I would suggest increasing it's range by at least a factor of three. or if you have more than one in range (say ten blocks away) they boost each others effectiveness and range.

Just a thought.

I like the idea of self boosting! And adding some animation of that property may be wonderful.
I also think healing beacons need to be improved. Now that there is a cooldown on health potions, the healing beacons should probably heal a little faster and have a better range. I'm not sure I would increase the range as much as you suggest, but a block or two more range would feel right.

Even extending the healing effect to the same distance as the cleansing effect it has on corruption would be a decent improvement . That way you would be able to space them out more and still keep your corrution meter down while you were in your base down there :)

That would be ideal. I personally dont want it to be ridiculously huge. I use HBs while hunting in the corruption layer, and I dont want it to affect too many mobs in a large area at once, because you can end up killing mobs accidentally. But it would be nice not to have to climb inside the thing while fighting :D
