Farmland Blocks Keep Disappearing
Hi, I'm a long time player of Creativerse and I've been loving the new changes, but i have an issue, my ploughed blocks of Farmland keep randomly disappearing when I leave the area/game. this happens even when I have seeds planted on it.
Is there a fix for this?:steamfacepalm:

This seems to be a very odd case, as if the game was only storing part of the changes made to the area - first report of this kind I'm seeing since years.

The only memory I have about this problem from the past is when the farm is done in a cold-ish area and the water under the farm occasionally freezes.

Please first check the status of the water under the farm, if you happen to only have 1 or 2 water units for a section of the farm (say, 1 every 9 or 2 every 12, depending on the farm setup) _and_ you find ice there instead of the water, then that's most likely the culprit.

In such a case, you can try increasing the amount of water underneath (better if you make a full layer of water under the full farm plot to reduce the chances of lonely water units freezing).

If you are positive it's not a "water turning into ice" problem, please please check this section of the guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rAeuk7qFinUyPRJGk4x6Dim3rmQN2zoLaR3PNR0roU4/edit#heading=h.p4naxn55rrka

It explains how to replicate the problem in different scenarios, this is very important in particular if you're playing in someone else's world hosted online, as the problem may not be on your end but it may be tied to that specific server.

Once you've performed those tests and gathered the data, please send everything to support@playfulstudios.com as described by the guide so that we can investigate your case properly.

Please check the message above about the possible causes and how to reproduce the problem and let us know.

i had put down a row of sand blocks, and short while later several random sand blocks in the row had disappeared as well. The row was still there, but had several gaps in it, its not the first time I have seen random blocks disappear in a build. It doesnt happen often, but it happens randomly and rarely, and its not just with new builds. I have seen random blocks disappear in previously complete builds,

But what is more annoying is when one person can see blocks while another person standing in the same place on another pc can not see the blocks. That drives us nuts.

That looks like a problem with the server or the comms between the server and the various clients - the machine running the server may not be good enough to run the server alone (or the server + the client), or there's someone playing with a very large view radius and causing the server to get overburdened.

Nothing that we can do here without getting the details and knowing the outcome of the tests pointed out by the guide.

Please follow those tests and get in touch with support@playfulstudios.com if you need more help.
