Dash while using sword

I have just noticed that I started dashing when I am holding a sword, as I have played this for a while, I go at my own pace and auto dash is not my style as I have stepped into lava pits, and corruption ponds and sadly made it unplayable. I cannot find for the life of me, the key I might of pressed to, i bid, enable this with a sword. I have looked in the settings inside and outside the world (start screen). Does anyone know how to disable this so I can continue mining in the lava and corruption layer without diving head first into the pits?

I know I have roll set for double tap of they keys so that may help you out and left contrl is I think that ability too but its the keybind labled "roll"

Alright, thank you. Sadly I do not see this key bind function in the settings apart from the double tap to roll. I also do not see the "roll" as you say in the. It seems a restart fixed an issue, I see modifyers as a marker and that is what seems to be what it is, named wrong by the team, unless that is in the works, or an update is to be pushed out to fix the naming. Thanks for getting back to me about it.
