"Cheats Enabled"? Console commands & Such
When I type /help, it shows in the first line [Cheats Enabled]. What's that mean? I have yet to find any way to cheat so far to make this not such a huge pain to do stuff. I tried /give and a bunch of others but nothing so, what exactly is this cheats enabled thing? And how do you control whether it is on or off?

It's a lie. It really means "console commands enabled". All dev ("cheat") commands are turned off for production builds! :)

Damn. :P I'd have liked a single player world for sure. I can't play during the day because it requires internet. :/ Plus, I tend to like to create, more than dig around for days on in. :P

is there any other commands such as kick ban tutorial and the others or?
Eveaustria May 26, 2016 @ 6:38am
Yes, there are.
Type /help to see (most of) the commands you can use

// shows you your exact position on the world in (x, y, z) format (east-west, depth/height and north-south alignment)
/hud toggles the UI on/off
/stuck will free your character if it's gotten stuck
/tutorial can be set on, off or reset
/who to see who's with you on this world at the moment
You can /ignore players on any worlds
You can /ban (playername), /unban, /kick, /promote (also used for demoting), /mute and /setspawn (playername) only on your own worlds
/promote works with (admin), (mod), (builder) and (visitor)
You can see your own /permissions in the current area you're in
Party commands (feature under construction) are:
/party invite (playername), /party accept” or “/party decline, /party leave and simply /p (message) to chat to only members of your party
/kill to commit suicide
/sim to see the size of the chunk your on and it's stats
/temperature to see the temperature of ground, air and surrounding
/toxicity for the block you're standing on
/request to ask for permissions

There's also
/w (playername) (message) to send players a whisper, and
/r (message) to reply to the recent whisper

To request for promotion on claims of other players you can click on the map, then on the according area, and finally on the orange button labelled "send request"
You can access permission-settings on your own claims also by clicking on your claims and then on "manage players"

To change day to night and vice versa craft a bed and sleep in it. If there are multiple players in-game everyone must sleep at the same time as you all share the same clock.

This thread is really old, so many commands have been added in between.

However, no you cannot "set" day or night, BUT you can craft a bed, place it and by using it you will switch to either dawn or dusk in a mere second on a solo world. In multiplayer, all players on that world have to use the bed at the same time (you'll be notified in the chat as soon as other players use their beds).

No, a "give" command does not exist.
And most likely it never will, because if you could just give anybody any kind of materials or blocks, then who would ever buy the block kits in the store that are offered to build blueprints with?

i am playing a multi on my own server i need bedrock but i dont have enough materials for so much torches and dont have good sword so i cant go down for a reason so it would be good if you would be able to spawn only one block...

If you play together with friends, then why not simply ask them to give you a few blocks of Bedrock (and/or let you use their forges)?

Secondly: take your time!
You will find that progressing through the game might be a bit slow in the beginning, but will then speed up a lot, and many players even complain that they are able to get lumite gear much too quickly...

If you plan to play this game for longer than a few hours you are going to need a LOT of torches for your explorations, and I'm talking about a few hundreds up to thousands of torches. Even though I have a flashlight, I still find placing torches useful to mark my way and keep animals from spawning.

You should not waste coal in the beginning though. Just craft 200-300 moss torches from wood and moss that you can take from Ashenwood trees or later on from Weepwood trees in swamps in large amounts.

Also if you take your time to travel all over the surface for a while (which you will have to do to collect other materials anyway) you can find recesses near rivers where bedrock is visible on the surface and you won't have to dig down.

This thread is over a year old so I am locking it down. Feel free to contribute to a newer thread or create your own thread. If you are having difficulty locating a specific resource then try looking in the Guides, the Tips and Strategies sub-forum, or the Fan Made Creativerse Wikia[creativerse.wikia.com].

While the Devs have said several times that they are happy to consider and discuss a "Creative" Mode, it is not something that is in the game at this time. At this time the primary focus is on polishing up the current game and ironing out the issues that players are having.
