Where to find Reinbeau Antlers

I'm trying to find Reinbeau Antlers to craft an Obsidian Tunic and I've had no luck. The wiki said they spawn in the mountains but i spent three days in-game time with no luck. Is that the only place to find them?

Look for them in the high mountains up by the snow, ice, and peak stone.

I went to 5 different mountain biomes and didn't encounter 1 so i followed a guide and made a spawner only rambeaus spawned
