Repairing is not possible. You have to re-forge your armour, weapons and power cells.

The better your items, the longer they keep. Leather armour doesn't hold very long, diamond or lumite armour keeps a long time. Same with power cells, wood cells are depleted quickly, but the stronger the cell, the longer you will have it. It evens out.

No. No cheats, trainers or workarounds. Just stockpile materials for crafting more than one, and you should be fine.

I always keep a couple extra power cells around so that I don't need to stop what I'm doing and collect materials for a new one if the one I'm using breaks.

I do this as well, and I always carry a teleporter with me, and in my shop I have a teleporter with no id or destination blocks in it, that way if I find I am low on something, and need to pop over to my shop to get it, then I drop my teleporter, bounce through, get what I need (empty inventory etc.), then bouce right back to where I was. pick up my teleporter, and continue on. This tip comes in very useful if I need to AFK while in hostile areas like corruption or lava layers, or if I just want to use my bed while running around on the surface.

Great tip! I really should start carrying a teleporter with me for that, though I'm on a shared world so I can't just leave it without a code. As for the bed, sometimes I just carry one around with me.

Man, that game need and Urgent a Repair Station. I don't say is Hard, but, reforge a item cost some others items.
