i need help to harvest pets

hello i have been trying to harvest my pets with a power cell but it will not work i dont know if i have feed or what so please help me

if the pets are fed there should be sparkling or if they show a wooden cell in their speech/thought bubble and left click and hold on them like normal block harvesting.

The pet must be highlighted for this to work so make sure there is the faint glow around them when you point your cell their direction..and be careful because you can pull up blocks beneath and behind them if you are not careful.

By power cell, I'm assuming you are trying to suck them up like you would a block. In which case, that's youre problem right there. You need to use a taming bell (should be relatively early on in the crafting window).

why a taming bell when you already tamed the creature?

WRONG...he is talking about harvesting them, not taming them. Now, if he is trying to harvest them before they are tame, then you have it right.

OP. after taming the pet, you highlight it and hit "F" which will open a gui showing the pet, a few command options and a picture of it's favorite food. If you have the food in your inventory, simply drag it over the picture of the pet in the gui and you will see a blue thiumbs up indicating that he has eaten. Now just go have some fun and come back a litle while later. Your pet should be sparkling with a blueish animation indicating that it is ready to be harvested. Use your power cell as described in previous post until you get the loot. Once you harvest your pet, you will need to clean it using the water nozzel. Once it is clean you can refeed it and repeat the process.
A little tip. MOst of the food that pets like must be prepared using the cooking station from ingredients found or grown in the world. Some of them like raw foods such as mushrooms, mellon, cabbage etc...these are the ones you want to keep since they are the most cost and time effective one to harvest. All of the pigsy I keep eat only red shrooms.

The OP wasn't very informative and hasn't replied since. We can speculate for days, but I'm still picturing him trying to hoover up a keepa and wondering why it's not working.

well i dont think he's online. and actually you can feed anything to the tamed crreatures it doesn't matter.

I know but I am committed, I like giving my pets their favorite.. but I only keep the low maintenence ones that I tame.lol

I love taming them and moving them around. Plus you have to tame pigsy to getthe droppings..which is the main product of Pigsy Poop Inc. We also make perfume and high explosives..
