How to get touchstone?

So .. i know every player should have one since start, but what to do when you acidentally remove someones else touchstone and he doesnt have it in inventory nor quickbar?

did he try hitting t and hitting return touchstone ? if he can

You should be able to recall your touchstone back to your inventory from your touchstone menu.

I am the server owner and acidentally remover my friend touchstone, but it seems its completly disapeared from game. when shes tryin to recall touchstone its sayin "place your touchstone to use teleport"

But does she click the 'reclaim touchstone' button at the bottom? That's not the same thing as trying to teleport to it.

Touchstone respawned in her inventory when she reconnected to server.
