It's a voxel-based sandbox game. Build something. :)

Yeah, after you do that, the adventure aspect is basically 90% done. The rest would be like... Finding rare recipes from Things or Chests outside/underground and things like that. Which I barely consider adventure personally but rather extra grind.

Only fun thing left to do is pretty much build. And the fun really only depends on how creative you are/how much you love building.

Farm

Tame and harvest

learn or develop new ways to complete once difficult tasks

share tips and tricks you learned while playing

join a new server with people and socialize

do it again, but see how much faster and efficient you have become

build Build BUild BUIld BUILd BUILD

create an arctek chest for every lootable item, fill each chest to the top

create a massive claim and build a city

recreate real-world structures...I have a space shuttle, pirate ships, bases in the sky

Become a helper to new people, show them the ropes, outfit them judiciously

Use your imagination: I just came up with these in the last 45 seconds

Try to get all the Crash Dumps, Data Chips and Torn Journal pages in the game.

Explore the full map so there is no area with fog on it.

Make a hole big enough to be seen on the world map, and bring daylight to the Corruption level.

thqat last one is challening, but possible, I have done it

The last one is double: make a huge hole visible on the world map, and make it deep enough so daylight gets to the c-level.

Anyone with excavators and not much sense can dig a small hole to the lava level, and from there, digging to the c-level is not that much of a hassle. You can even use healing beacons and plain excavators for the final leg.

I built a 100x100 bouncy block platform a hundred blocks in the sky. Then a rail system, fountains for all the liquids, then warmworm farms, then an ice machine, then an ice rail system, and most recently a Mayan temple and I'm beginning on an underwater base. And I've only scratched the surface of what I want to do. I love the idea of bringing daylight to the Corruption - I'll have to work on that.

I've just finished my blueprint nr 12 (i think) and its the Longhouse done entirely in stone, Iron and obsidian :-) Looks a lot nicer than the original wooden thingie :) (take a look at the 'Ironhold' server if ya want :-) ).

Nice. I finished a longhouse yesterday too, made basically of obsidian, but keeping the columns of decorative wood wall and floor. I made the roof out of Corrupted Stone Wall. Have a look:

I don't think you do anything. Like I mentioned in a post before, once you get the armor, weapons, diggers, etc. And have a house, with tons of materials, there's basically nothing to do. No quests, no end game, no point.

Did you miss all the people describing the fun they had doing things after that point?
