Are the Villagers so hard to find?
I explored and mine a lot on stalagmite layer and can't find villagers, no one on wild or something...
I follow the guide, create some "spawners" but nothing... Do i need to create a new world?

No, you don't need to create a world. Have you checked the world settings, e.g. "fewer creatures"?
Fatedson Sep 25, 2020 @ 4:00am
Villagers have a low spawn rate by design to prevent them from overcrowding the areas they spawn in . As long as you are in the areas they spawn you should get them popping up eventually :) Checking the world settings couldn't hert either , just in case .
I've personally spent hours in one session looking for the Miner for example , then logged in the next day when Iogged in there were 3 of them in less than 10 minutes . a little patience and lucky rng and you should be able to find them :D

No "fewer creatures" configured... Maybe villagers only spawn for owner player? I take a lot of hours on Stalagtite, on Desert Oasis, nothing...

I had to walk for like 40 minutes, investigate several regions and mines, found 1 . . . killed the mobs (but was also killed in the process) and when I return there, no villager to be found.
After that I am spending already 4 hours and no villager to be found, at that area and at any other area.

I would not mind a crowd of them now infesting my town, I am literally "almost" just giving up on the villager thing and moving on.

I unfortunately just uninstalled this game and switched back to minecraft after the NPC update, because I didn't like how a feature I have wanted for so long on that game, ended up being put behind a paywall as well as limited my creative freedom. This is the first time since I have been part of the community, that I seen them limit the possibilities for their players and force us to do something their way to even use a feature... Needless to say, I didn't like that very much. Really is a shame too, I loved this game, but am not going to play it if they are going to start doing stuff like this.

Behind a paywall? Are you referring to being able to buy villagers within the in-game store? Although you can buy them there, you can also earn them in game. Every successful encounter with a villager will earn you an unlock chip of their type (logger, miner, etc.), and either 1 or 2 villagers that you can place wherever you like.

Although encounters with villagers are rare, they are out there. I've been able to find every one of them except the researcher, so far. They're definitely out there, but take some work to find.

I highly recommend Entuland's Villager Guide if you're unsure how to find them:

I followed this guide and nothing... For hours, this villagers are reaaally very rare then... I found a lot of Golden and Silver Keepa in the prosses, but nothing of Villagers...
Anyone have a world with efficient spawners?

I find the easiest way to get villagers is to actually maipulate your world a litte, f.e. I captured a single elderwood tree, searched for a large field of matted needle-ground and "planted" some trees myself. Add some rimecones onto the ground and voila- the next time I logged in there were 8 Loggers roaming about!
So if you find large places with a majority of blogs needed, just "help" your world a little ;)
I built myself a spawner for each villager and I have no shortage of NPCs now (except vor Researchers, haven't had time to hunt for chests yet) :)

while villagers are hard to find initially , they are there if you look in the right places. we have a lot of builders in my world, and that only helps in that more people are looking at the same time, we did eventually find all types, and are sharing the extra data chips.
the good news is villagers are blueprintable. once i had all the 4 types, i made a blueprint of 20 villagers, which only costs 1 qbits to build, so we have unlimited villagers in my world.
I'm generous, so for any player who cant find one, i put a chef in their kitchen for them.

yes i wish they were easier to find in the wild. i spent a very long time excavating about 100 tunnels in the stelagtite layer without finding one, but came across one 2 days later. the first chef i found wasnt on the surface, but in a cave entrance in the Savanna . i haven't yet personally found the researcher, but others have on my world. Taiga land is sparse in my world , but i could create more, thanks to tip from Ela, above.

I've found many loggers in Elderwood area beside a pond. Chefs, too, are on sand beside river where there are palms. Miners I've found are in existing caves, not something I dug out. No researcher yet, and I've stopped playing after years and over $700 later. The pink bunny suit tells me this game is intended for KIDs. I live at House Flippers now, lol.
I found 1 single villager . . that disappeared after I died (I killed all monsters but ended up being killeed too, returned there, villagers was gone) . . . 2 worlds, over 15 hours, 1 villager that vanished.

I have not spent 1 cent at the game, so, I guess (and I can only guess) this is the reason I dont have villagers for 15 hours (well, 1 that showed up only once) while you could have so many.

I dont know if you are a "pro player" or not . . . I am just walking through different regions looking everywhere, exploring multiple mines also looking everywhere, and not finding anything anywhere... and if it is for me to go and just grab a blueprint of a "pro" player, I prefer to dont ever have any villager, thnks.

I don't have "Pro" or spent much money ( I lose track of how much over the years I've put in... it's not a big deal to me ) and I've found two so far... but wasn't looking for them or had any use for them...

As far as I understand ( and I may be wrong ) the villagers are rare... kind of like Gold Keepas... sometimes you find them, some times you don't... but you always find them when not looking for them and not when you search for them... hang out where they should be and they'll find you I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But I don't think there's anything secretive or shady going on with the Developers and how much money one puts in the game with the Villagers... I just think it's Creativerse being Creativerse... that's all.

i have a large world with over 70 players, but not everyone is even looking for villagers. Working together, the regulars have found all the types of villagers. i found 1 chef, 1 miner, and 3 loggers. the Researcher is found as a chip in a chest, which i have not found myself, but someone found 2 and gave me one. We now have unlimited villagers in my world by using bps. However each player needs to find one of each in the wild to learn the skills.

it makes NO DIFFERENCE if you are pro or not to find villagers, its random for them to spawn and rare, you just have to look in the right areas and have a little luck. Both PRO and non-pro players have found them in my world.
Nor does it matter how much $$ you've spent on the game, as free players are also finding villagers.
if you go hunting for villagers, be sure to carry healing potions and stun bombs with you to survive those quest battles.

I actually found a miner once when I was doing some tunneling... I left the game, and when I came back in, found a miner a few steps away at the end of the tunnel where I had been digging! Might be a rare thing, but maybe reloading into a smaller cave like that off and on could do it then?
