Well you lost me I had a spawner inclosed mobs were spawning, they don't work that way anymore?
Or do you mean the machine that spawns what you want when you hit a switch?
Reguardless of how the creature spawns, a creature going through a teleporter has 2 requirements: for there to be a need to spawn in the first place (player nearby) and for it to remain spawned on the other end (player nearby there too)
Forgive me if that makes no sense; I am tired. Also, it would be helpful to give more info than less, even if you think you're rambling. Please explain the entire scenario that you remember including all parts (how the creature spawned in the first place is kind of where we're stuck)
Anyway, my issue is here under spoilers.
Recently I'd an issue with mob spawners in one my adventures[steamcommunity.com].
At first I placed mob spawners attached to the ceilling of my "tanks". The mobs dropped from the ceilling into the tanks as intended.
After the last update, the mobs start to spawn outside the tanks, over the ceilling blocks.
I had to put the mob spawners on the floor to fix that.
No a fake biome for mobs and chests to spawn, sorry for my lack of explaining
Yes a building, fake biome in a building, my bad for not explaining well.
Julia, I thought my issue was related due to topic's name. After realizing it was not the intent of the OP, I just put my content into the spoiler tag (i.e. subject to be ignored). Anyway, if you are a moderator feel free to delete my reply or to move it to another thread.
So maybe moving the spawner over an ocean or high in the air might help I am guessing, thanks all for your input much appreciated
I just have the spawners in the arctic area because of the challenge and the flat ground. I also have spawners for near everything else there.
I do have a few spawners in the regular forest area including a corruption spawner up in a tree which causes it to rain corrupted mobs.
