Report a translation problem
Personally, I don't care much about that. Crafting a cell or weapon doesn't take long and the materials are abundant. Since repairing would probably require the same raw materials, I could just as well craft a new one.
sometime i plan to go hunting in corruption for a long time so i check my gear before going and if my armor is only half durability i usually trash it and make a brand new one before going to make sure it doesnt break during my hunt.
Being able to repair, for lets say half the cost, would save me a small amount of ressources.
