Struggling to understand production issues
- There doesn't seem to be a way to see storage in a building so I can't tell if one of the reasons for a production issue is a lack of materials - just say if there is a lack of materials
- There is no indication of why there may be an issue, sometimes a building that was functioning fine goes to 0% for no reason
- The icons at the bottom have a lot of screen space but not a whole lot of usefulness. Show the tree to logs blinking arrow if the building is working, show goods availability, show workers working (or in transit), show backed-up delivery (too many logs that need to be moved to storage). This is an area of the game that is severely lacking - maybe it isn't the intent to have the user this focused on production and that's why it is underdesigned?

Maybe you built around it? The lumberjack needs open trees around it.

Nope, it just keeps fluctuating between 106% and 0%. And no indication why. Maybe it is they're delivering? or the output pile is full?

The lack of anything showing stock is an increasing problem as I go on. Now Blood Draining requires sheep but I have no idea what my Sheep per hour output is so I know if I have enough sheep production for both clothing and blood.

seems like a connection or transportation issue. your bottle neck is the fact the building can only store so much lumber and the path the wagon takes is really long so the building's buffer fills up and production stops, thus you have full production right after the cart comes that stops after it fills. Build a storage closer

Oh agreed, the problem isn't the specific issue, it is that there is zero way using the current in-game interface for the player to understand or view the issue. There is no presentation in the UI of the WHY.

Hello, Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts – we really appreciate the detailed feedback!

Just to help with the current system: when a building has an issue, hovering over it will show a tooltip explaining the problem. If you click on the building, there’s also a white arrow icon in the top-left of the panel that gives more details about why it’s not working. The icons at the bottom of the window has tooltips as well, showing the current resource stock.

That said, we get that this might not always feel clear or easy to spot. Your suggestions are super helpful, and we’ll keep them in mind as we look for ways to make this part of the game better.
