Nope, it just keeps fluctuating between 106% and 0%. And no indication why. Maybe it is they're delivering? or the output pile is full?
Oh agreed, the problem isn't the specific issue, it is that there is zero way using the current in-game interface for the player to understand or view the issue. There is no presentation in the UI of the WHY.

Just to help with the current system: when a building has an issue, hovering over it will show a tooltip explaining the problem. If you click on the building, there’s also a white arrow icon in the top-left of the panel that gives more details about why it’s not working. The icons at the bottom of the window has tooltips as well, showing the current resource stock.
That said, we get that this might not always feel clear or easy to spot. Your suggestions are super helpful, and we’ll keep them in mind as we look for ways to make this part of the game better.
