BloodLust Shadowhunter

BloodLust Shadowhunter

Glyph Locations? (Possible spoilers)
I'm on the Odious Glyph quest and so far I've located #7, #2, #4 an #6.

Unfortunately for me, I have a ♥♥♥♥ memory and can't remember where I've been to obtain these. I also don't know where to acquire the last 3 glyphs.

I already have the sword and the hunter blood, but I don't know where to look for Glyphs 1, 2 and 5. Has anybody else found these, yet?

Well I think I found the Bar, Scades, Vangress and Vurkas ones, but when I went to the Kings, it only lead to the Passage dungeon. I don't know if it would be located in there or not.

Anyways, I just need Glyph #1 to complete the set!

At fu Kings have you done the pressure plate puzzle in the big snake room?

Yeah, took me a while to figure out wtf to do. Teleport wasn't doing the trick.

Anways, off to find the secret family recipe!

The completely random loot drop can be aggravating, yes, but other than that (and the occasional crashing), I find the game enjoyable.

Keys and Lockpicks are always sold in stores, which is why I think Drills and Drill Bits should also be included on that 100% list. There are several parts in the story where you NEED a drill, and if you don't have one, you can be left grinding for an undetermined period of time until by shear luck you come across both a drill and the bits needed to work it.

In one playthrough I actually found 3 drills, three, but had no drill bits to use them with! Now I need both a drill and the bits to get the damn blood orchid.

If you need a drill or bits - Visit Vico in the tunnels on floor 30.

If you dont find a drill/bits randomly this is actually part of the blood orchid quest... next version will explain this better.

You can also use bombs (random drop) to blow chests or a purchase drill/bits from delivery store but requires coupon (random drop)

Thing about that is level 30 is a pretty harsh location to set him at, though, especially if you run out and need to make a return trip. I have trouble reaching Floor 8 before I keep getting killed or my equipment needs to be repaired. Also, I forgot where the tunnels are located at, but I don't think you can access them early in the game, can you?

Anyways, I'm not ranting about this, I'm just saying that if an item is specifically needed to advance the story and it's not a quest item, it should be easier to get your hands on them. Otherwise, you have newbies like the guy above who get scared away by the constant grinding and lack of explanation in the game. I didn't even know about Vico until you mentioned him here.

Having to hunt around for 7 McGuffins in order to proceed with the main quest is painful and tedious. I love the dungeon diving though and much about the game.

Well it's tedious on the first playthrough, sure, but from what I can tell, they appear to all be in the same place except for maybe 1 glyph that I think appears in a dungeon. There are two locations where you can find 2 glyphs inside each, completing more than half your search!

I have three glyphs, but remembering which ones I found and where the others are (without consulting the forums) is kind of impossible.

when you get your random loot, keep the "delivery store coupon", go to the telephone (in the middle of the street map and call the delivery store, there you can buy bits and a drill, it also functions as a second selling place (does not share inventory with the other sellers), if you have alot of valuables you want to sell.

As for dying.... firecraft and spiders is all im gonna say....
