corrupted save

my save file got corrupted and i cant creat a new save, its stuck in 'loading save' while there is a create new save option behind loading font but i cant interact with it.
i tried deleting related save files in steam/userdata and %appdata%/locallow but nothing worked, also reinstalled it and open it without connection but that didnt work either
