Does the workshop still work?

Reently, when I try to open a mission editor to access subscribed stuff, nothing appears in the list. Is this a new issue?

This is a known issue. When you download something from the workshop it downloads the content into a different directory than what the game is looking for, thus them not appearing there. You will need to copy the files into the correct location for it to work
