Hi. Tried again with the same friend today.

Invites do nothing.
If I host a game and they mash "Join", they don't get in my game (it tells them no games are open every time). Some other random people get in sometimes so it seems to work on my end at least.
Same other way, they host a public game and I can't join just by mashing Join.

Anything we can try to debug? This really sucks for us because I bought the game (+ another copy for friend) for the co-op and we can't play it together at all...

Same problem and circumstances! Been playing Shadow solo in the meantime but realize I would enjoy Demon co-op first.

Hey Devs! We tried 1.02c and even the Beta 1.02d and still can't play with my friend. Invite says match no longer available but yet he is in lobby. We tried pretty much everything but for some reason it refuses to put us in the same lobby. I can join random people no problem if I search for match or host in public. My friend is EU and I am US could that be why? We really would like to play co-op together. Let me know if you need more info will be glade to provide you with more details if needed.

Cross-region lobbies are not available yet. We'll patch it this week.

I doubt it's just a case of cross-region servers not being implemented. Whether it's using tunneling/VPN services (WTF + Client), changing steam download region (much like how Divinity 2 was set), or using Hamachi/Tunngle, for myself or my friend's side, it will not connect, or even find any lobbies at all (on either side - and given that my friend lives in Japan, I can guarantee Japanese people would be playing Japanese-oriented/anime games, so there's no reason for him to be unable to find people).

What, exactly, do you mean by cross-region? Because there's a lot more at work here than that.

Really hope cross-region will be possible soon. The whole reason i bought this game is to play it with someone else :D

It is working here now. But yeah, I guess it is region-locked.

Hey! Another thing that may be happening in this case is that matchmaking is region dependent.
We are working in cross region invite system. Hopefully the next version of the game will have it!

right now when we tried to join it said "This Multiplayer room no longer exists or is full" even is it free to join.

I am also receiving the error "This Multiplayer room no longer exists or is full" and were are under the same internet.

Hey guys, a new patch is live. Update the game to 01.03 and steam invites will work. Multiplayer version must match for the invite to work.
