So, it's clear that Hyo is 100% done. But what about Shinobu? Is she alive or dead? What do you think guys? Maybe developers can confirm her death or something...

Hm, I think she was alive long enough to bury Hyo, as I do not think the Kajo would errect a grave to remember by the asassin of their friend.
It also is not entirely clear when Yamiko called forth the Aragami- how much time has passed after the end of Nightfall?

interesting, when i saw the end i noticed she didnt "die" when she hit the water (unlike aragami) so its high chances she is alive but then thats the point as it opens up for a sequel
i also believe yamiko summoned aragami exactly after the events of nightfall as you hear yamiko end credits say "aragami..." and after all she has her projection which is the least so she can still summon him
