Cross-Platform Multi-player Session
I have the game on PC (Steam) and a friend has it on Xbox One - how do we go about setting up a multi-player session?

It worked exactly like that - cheers! For other people's benefit: On the PC I selected Multiplayer + preferred region + Public then chose to be the host. I did the same on Xbox One making sure to select the same region and joined with no issue.
