Where and how? Ive heard about west wing hall of statues and that you need to be chased but theres nothing there, there is no way to use it or at least im not finding it...

Nvm, I figured it out. For anyone wondering, you need to be chased to the upstairs hallway with statues BEFORE you put the plank down.
