Is there something special to trigger the last one? I've been hunting for it for over two hours. I've read that chances changed and I had a save from a previous version - possible softlock?

Whenever continuing the game from Blue car chapter or Green car chapter, the Green car anomaly count drops to zero, making it nearly impossible to get all anomalies since you have to do it in one run.

So, during the choice for the second ending, right before you get to the thing that chases you, there’s blood coming from one of the rooms that you can open.. (I think it’s the room with the bed but I could be wrong) has anyone opened it to see what’s inside? I’ve watched a couple play throughs and nobody looked inside the room. Has anyone looked in the room before the chase sequence?...

7.5 hours in and probably more then 6 hours spent in the green car trying to complete the achievement. Took a look at a guide to check, I have seen every single anomaly in the green cars but still no achievement. I am sooo done
