Yes it is, and it will be GotY, at least for me :D
I've played the first game a lot, and not many games got that nostalgic itch and feeling I had than this.

Google took the original dev team for Stadia, and then shut it down right after Journey released on Stadia. This "should" be the same team, if not mostly, under a different name.
