Inconsistent Kindex/Map
Currently my Kindex is sitting @ 100% on all planets and tech but when I open the individual maps it says there are items missing in certain regions. How do I know which items I am missing when the Kindex says I have scanned all items? I'm trying to finish the quest related to scanning everything and have spent many hours looking in game and online for items I am missing.
