Printer Slurry bugged

I'm missing two upgrades which both require 2 printer slurry each, but I only have 3 printer slurry. I have collected all the printer slurries and have finished the corresponding quest to collect all the printer slurry. Is there a printer slurry that you collect from launching the Javelin? (that is the only quest besides "no rock left unturned" that i have remaining)

Is it possible you opened the chest and didn't pick up the slurry, or maybe died and it's in a yellow box waiting for you to come back and get it?
