No graphics settings available?

So I just bought this and tried to start playing it on my steam deck and Idk if I'm tripping out or not but does the game not have any available graphical settings at all in options? I was hoping I could tinker around with it to make it playable since the game isn't great performance wise on the steam deck after given a few minutes exploring the tutorial but I can't do much with no means of basic graphics settings. I would love to play this game as I was very excited for it but I might consider getting a refund due to performance problems and my steam deck is my only means of playing steam games, but hopefully future patches will give more flexibility in more settings available.

This game has a lot of graphics options
including FSR/DLSS/XELL and TSR or whatever its called

BUT im playing it on a laptop im not sure about your steam deck.

Put SteamDeck=0 %command% in launch options.

This worked for me. Entered this, restarted the game and the video options were there. Thanks!
